چکیده
Studies of the heat capacity and dielectric properties (1-x)BiFeO 3-x PbFe 0.5 Nb O 3 ceramic multiferroics in temperature range 300-800 K were carried out. Based on studies concentration dependences constant, phase transition temperatures system determined. (1-x)PbFe with various x concentrations. It is shown that an increase component, ferroelectric antiferromagnetic transitions BiFeO shift to low temperatures. Taking into account structural studies, a "temperature-concentration" diagram has been constructed. Keywords: capacity, properties, ferromagnet, antiferromagnet, multiferroics.
